Free DMARC setup for small nonprofits
The Questions:
Are you a small nonprofit team with no dedicated IT support? Has your email provider recently warned you about Februrary 2024 “tightening” of email spam settings by Google, Yahoo, and Microsoft? Are the emails you send to Gmail customers beginning to bounce back?
The Offer:
We are offering a free DMARC setup session to small nonprofits where we will
Set up DKIM for up to two of your email sending systems (usually your primary email and your newsletter system)
Set up one SPF record that encompasses your email systems
Set up one DMARC record that will
[Optional] Set up a free DMARC monitoring service PostmarkApp to keep you in the loop going forward
The Requirements:
Your organization must be operating as a Nonprofit entity in the United States and listed on the Guidestar website
You must be able to arrive at the setup session already logged into the following systems with administrative access:
Your domain registrar (GoDaddy or similar)
Your primary email system (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or similar)
One secondary email system (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc)
